Excellence is our field

Ruff, Wilhelm, Beier, Dauster & Partner
The Patent Attorney Firm for all technical fields

We are a young firm - yet with a long history of success. We have doubled our competence: Our firm in its present form was established on January 1, 2001 by a merger of the two Stuttgart Patent Firms Ruff, Beier und Partner and Wilhelm & Dauster, both of them with a reputation of highest achievement. Friendly relations among the partners in the two distinguished firms as well as a similarity of their organization, made the idea of a merger more than welcome.

Our motto: Twice as much competence for the good of our clients.
Our aim is not simply to become larger: We are happy now to be able to provide even better services to our clientèle by combining the advantages of a small firm, such as personal contacts, individual care and common sense with the organizational capacity of a bigger firm - teamwork and professionalism as prerequisites for excellence and success.

Ruff, Wilhelm, Beier, Dauster & Partner is a partnership consisting of 12 partners, all of whom are admitted as German Patent Attorneys and European Patent Attorneys. All of them are also registered as European Design Attorneys and as European Trademark Attorneys. We employ a team of about 40 members of staff.

Historie

How we grew...
Longstanding successful work of two distinguished Patent firms with their homebase in Stuttgart provide the background of our partnership of Ruff, Wilhelm, Beier, Dauster & Partner: Since 2001 we act as a combined team for our clients.

The firm expanded further in 1980 by bringing in Patent Attorney Jürgen Schöndorf (Physics) and in 1991 inhouse-trained Dr. Thomas Mütschele (Chemistry). Thereafter, the firm grew continuously. Since 1999 Patent Attorney Dr. Thomas Muschik (Physics) also trained in the Firm is part of our team. In 1997 Florian Renger (Electrical Engineering) started his education in the firm and commenced practice as Patent Attorney with the beginning of the year 2001.
