Our Competence
For our clients we develop custom-built solutions: We take care – starting from the point of the first idea or conception, protecting inventions and other intellectual property, up to the realization of appropriate protective measures, such as national and international patent protection, and also thereafter. We prepare general strategies for intellectual property protection and counsel in matters of trademarks and designs or technical inventions, take into account all problems of the Employed Inventor's Law. We prepare and file applications for patents, utility models, designs and trademarks and prosecute these applications for our clients up to grant or registration. Applications and granted rights we handle to highest professional standards and with great efficiency.
Longstanding experience, professional care and the will to achieve characterize our successful handling of infringement actions especially for the defense or prosecution of existing rights of our clients. In all matters of intellectual property we defend our clients against third parties. In civil actions we cooperate with general attorney firms specialized in these kind of cases. In other countries we successfully cooperate with selected attorney firms whom we have personally known for many years.
