- Providing legal counsel and representation for clients, inter alia, in the field of medical technology, general mechanical engineering, automotive engineering.
- Drafting patent and utility model applications, conducting prosecution and registration proceedings before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and the European Patent Office (EPO).
- Conducting and coordinating patent prosecution proceedings outside Europe.
- Representation in opposition proceedings before the DPMA and the EPO on the owner and opponent side. Representation in cancellation proceedings before the DPMA.
- Representation before the Federal Patent Court and the Boards of Appeal of the EPO.
- Patent attorney assistance in patent and utility model disputes in and out of court together with attorney colleagues from our national and international network.
