Patent Law
- Providing legal counsel and representation for clients on patent law in conjunction with the development of intellectual property right strategies in the fields of laboratory automation, process measuring technology and accumulator devices.
- Drafting and preparing patent applications as well as handling and coordinating related patent granting procedures and, when necessary, opposition proceedings at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Patent Office and national patent offices abroad.
- Conducting patent litigation proceedings in and out of court, including infringement and nullity proceedings, in Germany and abroad, when necessary together with colleagues from our international network of attorneys.
- Preparing opinions on the validity or infringement of patents.
